Notary Fees 

(1) A fee of $8 will be charged for the performance of an original notarial act.

(2) A fee of no more than $30 for the performance of a remote notarial act.

(3) If requested to notarize more than one copy of the same record, where the copy or copies have been signed at the same time by the same person or persons, a fee of  $8 will be charged for notarizing each signature on the original or first copy of the record, and a fee of  $4 for each signature on each additional copy of the same record.

For business travel, a flat fee of $5 will be charge for travel, if required for the performance of a notarial act. An additional IRS mileage rate of $.67 cents per mile will be charged as well.
